First drafted in 2033 after the major global economic crisis, the constitution of the UEF was originally named 'A Mandate for Progress' and was co-written by many intellectuals of the time as a response to the troubles the human species was suffering.

The UEF Constitution is based on personal liberties but takes a step back from democracy in favor of a more pragmatic approach to problem solving.
